All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Pre-orders will ship on or after January 14, 2026, in alignment with the official release of Built from Brokenness.

Delays & Issues:

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
Due to the nature of the bundle (which may include books, workbooks, and personal items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
